A big thank you to McFarlane Telfer for coming out to us this week to fit the final parts to the kitchen equipment and make us fully operational. The last piece of the puzzle is the dishwasher extraction hood being fitted by Ron today. There’s been a big tidy and rearrange of the dry store in preparation of food orders and on Sunday there will be an intensive commercial clean to make the place glisten and shine. It is SO close! Watch this space…!

With the kitchen equipment professionally cleaned and in place, the focus turned to cleaning and tidying the surrounding areas in the calm before a busy Kitchen storm. While Micky, Josh and Ellie were placing food orders and trialling the equipment, the Warriors had a major tidy up. There were some final tweaks to electrics and fixtures and fittings and the back staircase is finished and looking beautiful. It has been a long hard graft to get to this point but we're very excited to see delicious dishes being prepared in the wonderful kitchen space.

As you will have guessed, the renovation diary is written up every Friday night. By the Thursday 12th, The Kitchen was complete and ready for service.
