November 2024

Here is a round-up of the events at The Swan during November, 2024.

5th Nov: Bonfire Night

What a great Bonfire Night we had this week – we will remember, remember 5th Nov 2024 for some time! The youngsters loved the sparklers, and the adults loved the mulled cider around the firepit! Everyone tucked into Micky's great One Pot Chilli Wonder and bopped the night away to the brilliant BackTrak! It was a super community get together, with regulars and new faces alike coming along to take in the vibe – thanks to everyone for turning out on a cold Tues night

30th Nov: Santa's Jolly Jaunt

A huge thank you for everyone who came along last Sat to take part in Santa’s Jolly Jaunt! Three of our most successful community groups combined to guide 18 cyclists, 12 walkers and 12 runners on routes of various length around the town adorned in Santa hats, tinsel and more, we raised an amazing £450 from your generous donations and sponsorship for the Friends of The Swan Renovation Fund, all of which will go directly towards the refurbishment of the pub frontage.

30th Nov: Uku-oke

Our first ever Uke-oke! Accompanied by our very own Windsor Ukulele Band, a packed pub sang their hearts out to songs as diverse as 'Wild Mountain Thyme' and 'YMCA'! A brilliant and unique evening which will be bound to be repeated.
