Events Diary: Volunteers AM

Focus for the day was painting ... the bar, more bar, and even more bar! The aim was to get the ceilings and walls/pillars finished to allow the bar floor to be laid in the following week. We succeeded - huge thanks.

As well as painting, the team took on other tasks:

  • Pulled down the ceiling in the stock room and hall.
  • The usual wire stripping.
  • Preparing the chimney breast for pointing.
  • Plastering.
  • And preparing fo that night's BBQ and music.

Thanks to all who came down.
