30th Mar: Sanding & Clearing

Saturday 30th March was a day to remember. The team were promised sanding and by jove, they got that and more! As well as tackling door frames and windows, there was further stripping activities: this time of the ceilings to get rid of the polystyrene tiles.

Downstairs the team tackled the gents toilet, and also clearing up the bar area which had a lot of debris and also rubble.

Outside the last bits of the planters removed and a general tidy up was done. There were also some tip runs to get rid of the wood pile that was bulding up next to the skip.

There is still lots of preparation work to do before we can start putting the pub back together.

30th Mar: The Skangsters

The Skangsters played The Old Court in Windsor on the evening of Saturday 30th March. Over 150 people attended the gig. They sang and danced along to some real classic tracks. The Skangsters have donated approximately £500 to the restoration of The Swan. A huge thanks guys!
