Lots to come and support in the next couple of weeks, well why would there be from the best community pub in Great Britain!?

Parties Galore

This weekend we’ve got our annual Halloween Freak-end bash with Live music both days, a kids fancy dress competition and a Dark beer celebration to boot! Saturday 31st we see BackTrack back in action at 7.30pm, you will remember backtrack from past SwanFest and Bonfire Nights so you know what to expect… an evening of dancing and great music! Sunday 1st November we welcome back the Windsor Ukulele Band for ‘Uke-Oke’, karaoke with the band. If you’ve been before you know how much fun this is! Its your chance to sing with a rocking band and feel like George Formby! That’s at 4pm. And dark ales to celebrate… from Tiny Rebel to Titanic we’ve got a lovely array of Porters and Stouts and Bitters to enjoy

Remember Remember the 5th of November… Bonfire night is back. We will have our fire pit roaring from 4.30pm, Thai food with Angkana Thai from 5.30pm and Live music with The Dutty Rascals. Expect a fab evening of fun, singing and sparklers… As a special treat, even though its a school night… we’ll be open until 11pm too!

Lets talk Charity…

Our next coffee morning is this coming Friday, 6th November from 10.30am. This time in support of RBL. We have poppies available already on the bar. Sticky, Regular or pin badge. Please grab yours and leave a cash donation in the tin. Delicious Home baked cakes, warming hot drinks and charity to support… we will see you Friday.

And the next day, Saturday 7th November… Charity wizz Marella will be leading her famous Charity walks. This time for the Alzheimer’s Society, leaving The Swan at 11.15am with a suggested minimum donation of £10. So wrap up and get walking to support a wonderful cause.

The Green Room are back next week (From Monday 2nd) so that can only mean one thing… Pizza on Mondays and Epic Thursday. Both of these events are enterprise opportunities for the students so please come along and support. Pizza Night every Monday serving up stone baked pizza from 6pm and Epic Thursday where the Students run the pub and Kitchen from 11am – 2.30pm

Traitors are coming…

Thanks to everyone who has signed up to The Traitors at The Swan… we are now fully booked. Those confirmed will have received their welcome message… To everyone else… Be aware of deceitful acts happening soon. We need to find the Traitors among us….
